Superior Court - a case won
by Charles Benninghoff when the
California Court of Appeals
ordered the California State Bar
Association to return to Mr.
Benninghoff all of the property
pertaining to his prisoner
assistance practice that it had
wrongfully seized and, further,
declared that the California
State Bar Association never had
any jurisdiction to seize it in
the first place. |
